Someone who listened to the KROQ interview today said that Stappy said he needs to buy a place in Los Angeles (not move there, but a place to stay when he comes for appointments, etc.) because his VOCAL COACH and his best doctors (UCLA MEDICAL ENT, allergist, back doctor, etc) work from there. 

He also said that his VOCAL COACH wants him to try to talk really softly and high pitched (think Michael Jackson) because Stapp's natural speaking timbre is pretty rough on the chords. Apparently the higher registers don't put as much strain on them when he HAS to speak. Stapp said that his teacher is probably mad at him right now because he won't talk that way during the interview!

He was taking anti-fungal medicine for "oral candidiasis".  Okay, Lee, elaborate on that for us.  That is yeast, right?  Like baby's thrush or a feminine issue?  How'd THAT get in his throat?  JOOOEE!  Have you been teaching Stappy anything?
